Meet the Director

 

My name is Reuben Johnson. I'm a Baccalaureate Degree Registered Nurse, Ace Certified Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. With a desire to improve lives, I obtained my Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida. As a Registered Nurse, I worked in various positions from the the bedside to outpatient surgery. During my time as a Home Healthcare Nurse, I began my journey to establish a better way for health to be achieved and fitness to be maintained long term. As health and fitness became a more serious passion, I began putting my 20+ years of weight lifting and fitness training experience to the test by implementing foundational health principles associated with primary prevention healthcare strategies. I've focused on the fundamental values, practices, & principles of fitness to bring my potential to the next level. I’m a firm believer in the unity of both health and fitness as a single goal. I strive to provide my community with the necessary health tools and fitness training to get healthy, get fit, and know how to stay that way for the long term. My clients enjoy teaching-based training sessions that educate them on how their bodies work. My behaviorist approach to Health and Fitness Training allows for my clients to experience very favorable results within 4-6 weeks. Every body is different, so I strive to learn what each clients' specific needs are, so I can put the “personal” back into Personal Training.
